Qualifications for getting this
card:
In order to apply for a credit
card, you must be at least the legal age in the state of your
residence, your annual salary must be at least $12,000 (for
an unsecured card), you must have a telephone in your residence
and you must reside in the United States and have a valid social
security number. Credit approval will be determined upon review
of a current credit bureau report and other information bearing
